How to Send a Fax Online

Faxing still exists because certain industries refuse to let it die. Government offices, healthcare providers, courts, and insurance companies all still demand faxes for official documents. You probably do not own a fax machine. That is fine. You do not need one.

The 3-Step Process

  1. Upload your document. PDF, JPG, PNG, or HEIC (iPhone photos). Up to 100 pages and 25MB. On your phone, you can snap a photo directly -- our processing cleans it up for fax quality.
  2. Enter the fax number. We validate the number before you pay. Need a cover sheet? Pick one of our free templates -- they get prepended automatically.
  3. Pay and send. $1.99 for 1-15 pages, $2.99 for 16-50, $4.99 for 51-100, to any US or Canada fax number. Your card is authorized but not charged until delivery succeeds.

What Happens After You Hit Send

We authorize -- not charge -- your card. Your document is converted to fax format and transmitted over the phone network to the recipient's fax machine. This usually takes 2-4 minutes.

If the fax delivers successfully, your card is captured and you get a confirmation email with a transmission receipt. If the fax fails (busy line, bad number, machine off), the authorization is voided and you pay nothing. Either way, your document is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the outcome is known.

Why This Approach

Most online fax services charge you up front and make you fight for a refund if delivery fails. We flip that: you only pay for results. No account to manage, no subscription to forget about, no stored documents to worry about.
