Tips

Is there a difference between this and the professional template?

Mostly tone and layout weight. The personal template is lighter -- fewer formal fields, slightly less imposing. Use whichever fits the situation.

Can I send this without filling in every field?

Yes. Fields you leave blank are replaced with blank underscore lines on the printed sheet, so the recipient knows a field exists but was left empty.

What is the page limit per fax?

Just The Fax supports up to 100 pages per send. The cover sheet adds one page to your total.
